I will never wear this bc it sits too high on my head. This is horrible. About 25 people that ride with me was waiting to see how this worked and as usual with buying stuff on the internet it doesn’t fit like it was shown in the pics. How can I return it ?
This helmet is so different, I really like the way it looks. If there is another version in the future I’d like to see the straps around the ear change to a solid protective piece that covers your whole ear to protect from air. Perhaps make a choice of that version along with what exist now. Thanks
Sizing is wrong. I went off the chart. It fits like a medium. I gave it to a kid. I misunderstood email communication. I thought you were gonna send me a different one. Didn’t realize ya wanted this one back. I’m not taking it back from the little guy.

The helmet doesn’t fit. The shape is wrong. It’s round. Like a frisbee. I can’t send it back. It’s not worth it. Just to get another one that doesn’t fit? It’s just gonna sit in my mud room. Do you have other sizes? I got the biggest one XL and it didn’t fit. You don’t have XXL? Very disappointed.

The Baseball cap style didn't fit me like I wanted, so I returned it. With the great Customer service, I got a different replacement that fit perfectly. I appreciate the fast email response and easy transactions. Highly recommend them and will do business with again.

Our experience was great with customer support as there was a bit of a shipping concern. The helmet is not as we thought it would be, it sits high (bought the baseball cap). My husband will still wear it but somewhat disappointed in how high it sits on his head.
